TickCanvas Terms of Service
Welcome to TickCanvas. Please read and understand these Terms before using the app. By downloading, installing, opening, or using TickCanvas, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Service Provider
TickCanvas is provided and maintained by developer Zugang Song. To contact the developer, please email 474018707@qq.com.
2. Service Description
TickCanvas is an iOS clock creation tool that provides clock display, background images, Live Photo backgrounds, DIY brushes, stickers, text, weather widgets, Home Screen widgets, image export, Live Photo export, membership, and standalone in-app purchases.
Specific features, materials, membership benefits, paid items, and interface text may change based on version updates, device capabilities, system versions, Apple platform rules, or review requirements.
3. User Content and Responsibilities
Photos, Live Photos, text, doodles, sticker combinations, clock works, and other content that you import, draw, edit, save, or export in the app remain owned by you or the original rights holder. You are responsible for making sure that you have the right to use any photos, text, or materials involved.
You may not use TickCanvas to create, save, export, or distribute illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, privacy-invading, or otherwise inappropriate content.
If you use exported works for public posting, commercial use, or any purpose beyond personal everyday sharing, you are responsible for confirming the rights and permissions for any materials, text, trademarks, characters, or other content included in those works.
4. Export, Widgets, and Personal Sharing
The app's image export, Live Photo export, and widget display features are mainly intended for personal creation, display, saving, and sharing. You are responsible for how exported content is used after export.
Because system versions, device performance, photo permissions, Live Photo support, and Widget refresh behavior may vary, export quality, widget refresh frequency, and display results may differ.
5. Local Storage and Data Risk
The current version does not provide an account system or server sync. Your clock works, background materials, DIY content, export records, and widget snapshots are mainly stored locally on your device or in local App Group storage.
Uninstalling the app, changing devices, system cleanup, device damage, permission changes, or accidental deletion may make local content unrecoverable. Please save or back up important exported works yourself.
6. Membership, In-App Purchases, and Paid Content
TickCanvas may offer membership features, standalone in-app purchase items, or other paid content. All in-app purchases are processed through Apple StoreKit and the App Store account system. Payment, refunds, subscription management, and subscription cancellation are subject to Apple's applicable rules.
If you need to cancel a subscription or request a refund, please use Apple ID subscription management or your App Store purchase history. The developer does not collect your bank card number, payment account, or full payment credentials.
Membership benefits and standalone in-app purchase content are based on what is actually displayed in the app. Some benefits may be affected by system capabilities, regional support, network status, or Apple platform rules.
7. Third-Party Services and System Capabilities
In-app purchase features depend on Apple StoreKit and the App Store. The weather feature may depend on iOS location capabilities and weather-related data services. Photo import, photo saving, widget display, and Live Photo processing depend on iOS system capabilities.
The availability, rules, permissions, and behavior of third-party services or system capabilities may change. The developer will make reasonable efforts to adapt the app where appropriate.
8. Intellectual Property
TickCanvas's interface design, feature logic, default materials, stickers, text descriptions, software code, and related content are protected by applicable laws, except for content that legally belongs to third parties or users.
Without permission, you may not copy, reverse engineer, crack, resell, maliciously distribute, or otherwise infringe the rights of the developer or related rights holders.
9. Service Changes, Interruption, and Termination
The developer may adjust features, text, materials, paid items, or service availability due to product iteration, system adaptation, review requirements, operational adjustments, third-party service changes, or force majeure. The developer will make reasonable efforts to maintain app availability, but does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
If you violate these Terms or applicable laws and regulations, the developer may limit related features or take necessary measures within a reasonable scope.
10. Disclaimer
TickCanvas is provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not responsible for losses beyond a reasonable scope caused by your own actions, device environment, system permissions, third-party services, Apple platform rules, network conditions, or force majeure.
11. Use by Minors
Minors should obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using TickCanvas, and should understand these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and related payment rules under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
12. Updates to These Terms
The developer may modify these Terms based on product updates, legal or regulatory changes, or review requirements. Updated Terms will be made available on this page or through an in-app entry. Continued use of TickCanvas means you accept the updated Terms.
